AI training your teams actually use
Hands-on workshops built on your real business cases — not generic curriculum. We've delivered at national scale, training a client's dealer network across Indonesia, and we work at every level from the boardroom to the frontline.
The problem
The gap isn't interest. It's distance between the classroom and the job.
of workers globally say they're ready to learn new skills to work with generative AI
of organizations are actively reskilling their workforce at scale
of organizations are equipped for sustained human–AI collaboration
of the global workforce will need retraining before 2027

Enthusiasm isn't the bottleneck — 94% of people are willing. What's rare is an organization that closes the whole distance: measuring where the gaps are, teaching against real work, and making sure the skill survives contact with the job. That's the part we're built for.
Why our programs land
Real cases. Real practice. Real follow-through. Most AI programs end at a certificate. Ours are built backwards from the work — we start with a case from your business, teach against it, and stay until the first use case is running.
No generic curriculum
We build the session around a real scenario from your business — an actual report, workflow, or bottleneck. Participants don't practice on sample data from an American retailer. They practice on the work they return to on Monday.
Practice outweighs theory
Instructor-led, in person or virtual, with most of the session spent doing rather than watching. Participants leave with something they built — a prompt library, an automated report, a working process — not a set of notes.
From one room to the whole network
Training a head office is one problem. Training a distributed network to the same standard is another. We've done the second, for Astra Honda Motor's dealer network — and it shapes every program we build: repeatable, consistent, quality-controlled across locations.

Nationwide AI enablement for Astra Honda Motor's research teams
The challenge
AHM's research runs across a dealer network spanning the whole of Indonesia — different locations, team sizes, and levels of digital fluency. The hard part was never teaching AI. It was teaching it to the same standard everywhere, when the starting points aren't the same.
What we did
Every session was built on the research the teams already run — qualitative studies, focus group discussions, and quantitative surveys — using their own transcripts, sessions, and survey data. Delivery ran in batches across the network against one quality bar.
The result
Analysis was the stage absorbing the most calendar time. Teams now get from raw transcripts and survey exports to a structured read far faster, and findings once assembled by hand into decks now feed report dashboards.
One batch per site, same quality bar
Programs
Four packages, from the boardroom to the frontline. AI capability fails when it exists at only one level. Executives who can't judge a use case approve the wrong things; frontline teams without tools can't act on the right ones. We build both ends, and the middle.
Commitment
- Executive BriefingHalf-day to 1 day
- Strategy WorkshopOne working session
- Workshop1 to 3 days
- Leadership SeriesSeveral weeks
Executive training
For the people deciding where AI goes
Executives don't need to build models. They need to judge which use cases are worth funding, understand what can go wrong, and set the governance that keeps it safe. Our leadership programs are short, dense, and free of technical prerequisites.
Executive Briefing
- Duration
- Half-day to 1 day
- Best for
- BOD and C-level
- Leaves with
- A leadership team aligned on what's real, what's hype, and what to fund
The AI landscape, use case judgment, risk and governance — at speed. For leadership that needs to align quickly.
Leadership Series
- Duration
- Multi-session, over several weeks
- Best for
- Leadership teams treating AI as a multi-year agenda
- Leaves with
- A portfolio view of where AI goes first, second, and not at all
Strategy, organizational change, and portfolio thinking, at a depth one briefing can't reach.
Strategy Workshop
- Duration
- Working session with a deliverable
- Best for
- Leadership teams that need an output, not a briefing
- Leaves with
- A prioritized AI use case map, with feasibility and impact assessed
The output gets produced in the room. They don't leave with slides — they leave with a roadmap they built themselves.
Employee training
For the people doing the work
Hands-on sessions built on the actual workflows of the team in the room. Analysts, marketers, operations, customer service, engineers — each gets different material because each faces different work.
Workshop
- Duration
- 1 to 3 days
- Best for
- 15–30 participants, single division
- Leaves with
- One workflow rebuilt and working — the artefact the certificate is issued against
One theme, one team, built on the work they actually do. Applicable the moment they're back at their desks.
Delivery
The same workshop, wherever your teams are
A workshop doesn't have to run at head office. We deliver it in as many batches as a distributed network needs — the program above ran across 30+ cities against one quality bar, and that scheduling and instructor discipline comes with it.
Certification
A certificate that has to be earned
Issued against a completed project or a passed assessment — never attendance. Someone who sat through every session but never finished the case doesn't get one. That's the point: it makes the certificate mean something later.
- Issued on completion of the project or assessment, not on attendance
- The project is built on your own data, so passing it means the skill transferred
- Assessed against the same standard in every batch and every location
Curriculum
The curriculum follows the job, not a catalogue. Find your row. That's the program.
| Role | Capability focus | What they leave with |
|---|---|---|
| Executive & leadership | AI literacy, use case judgment, governance and risk | A prioritized AI use case map for their business unit |
| Analysts & finance | AI-assisted analysis, report automation, output validation | A recurring report with a materially shorter cycle |
| Marketing & sales | Content at scale, customer research, personalization | A campaign production workflow using AI |
| Operations & customer service | Workflow automation, document and ticket handling | A revised SOP with AI integrated |
| Technology & data | LLM integration, RAG, evaluation, deployment | A working internal prototype |
| Research & insights | Qualitative coding, FGD synthesis, survey analysis, AI-assisted reporting | A live study analysed end to end, reported on a dashboard |
| Legal, risk & compliance | AI governance, data compliance, model risk assessment | An internal AI usage policy framework |
| Dealer & field networks | Practical AI for sales, customer handling, daily reporting | AI embedded in daily frontline routines |
How we work
Four stages, one accountability. Assessment, curriculum, delivery, and implementation sit with the same team — so nothing gets handed over and dropped.
Measure before teaching
We map readiness across three layers — capability by role, data and infrastructure, process. You get one document: where the gaps are, which matter most, and how long they take to close.
Output: AI Readiness Report + prioritized skill gaps by division
Curriculum built from your cases
No single class for everyone. Role-based learning paths, built from your own scenarios, data, and workflows.
Output: Learning path per role + materials based on your internal cases
Instructor-led, practice-heavy
Live sessions, in person or virtual, with more time building than listening — delivered consistently across every location.
Output: An executive program or a hands-on workshop, delivered in as many batches as the network needs
We stay until the first use case runs
We work alongside your team to get one real use case into production, then measure the impact. Training without implementation is just cost.
Output: A running use case + an impact report you can take to the board
Local by design
Built for how Indonesian organizations actually work.
Language, geography, sector rules, and procurement are where most programs stall — long before the curriculum matters.
Bahasa Indonesia delivery
Taught in Bahasa Indonesia, with technical terms explained rather than force-translated — participants ask more questions when they aren't thinking in two languages at once. English available for multinational teams.
Nationwide delivery capability
Head office in Jakarta is the easy part. We've delivered across the regions, with the scheduling and instructor discipline a distributed program requires.
Your industry's cases, not imported ones
Scenarios are drawn from Indonesian banking, FMCG, telco, automotive, manufacturing, and public sector contexts — whichever is yours.
Regulation and data sovereignty aware
Programs are designed around the sectoral rules that apply to you, including UU PDP. Where data constraints are strict, materials and exercises run entirely inside your environment.
Procurement-ready
Program documentation, scope definition, and administrative requirements prepared to match corporate and government procurement formats.
How to start
Start by measuring, not by buying training. The readiness assessment is a deliverable in its own right — it's useful to you whether or not we run the program.
Initial conversation
